Russell Alan Boyd

Age 54 of Wilkinsburg, passed away on February 28, 2021. Poor Russell, he did not have a good life here. From the time he was born, he was operated on for many things which carried over into his adulthood. He is now in God's hands. Preceded in death by his father, Russell Boyd. Left to be mourned by his mother, Ruth (Beard) Boyd; sister, Doreen Martin; brothers, Michael (Mary) and William Boyd; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Russ worked as a mechanic for many years at Midas in East Liberty. He was also a long time volunteer for the Chain of Hope Food Bank in Wilkinsburg. Friends will be received Saturday, March 6th from 1 p.m. until time of Memorial Service at 2 p.m. at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC., 118 Shaw Avenue, Turtle Creek (412-823-1950).
