Rosa Etta (Horton) Roane, age 88 of Export, formerly of Virginia, on Sunday, June 13, 2021 at ManorCare Health Services, Monroeville. Loving mother of Ernest B. (wife Evelyn) Horton; grandmother of Ernest A. (wife Melanie), Constance, and Dawna Horton; great-grandmother of Imani-Kai, Ernest Xavier, and Jasmine Horton; step-mother of Barbara (husband Henry) Johnson, and Michael and Beverly Roane. Also survived by sister, Shirley Chester; brothers, Benjamin (wife Barbara) and McCurtis (wife Marcel) Horton; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Roane and parents, Edgar and Rovellar Horton. Rosa was a registered nurse for over 50 years in Warsaw, VA and Philadelphia, PA.
