Lillian Rosengarth Obituary

Lillian Danielson Rosengarth was born July 7, 1935 in Camp Wood, Texas to Mildred Eva and Oscar Emmanuel Danielson.  On February 27, 2021, she went home to be with the Lord.  Lillian passed peacefully in her sleep, at home surrounded by her loving family.  For 66 years, Lillian was a faithful wife to Robert Frank Rosengarth, Jr. with whom she had five children: Cheryl Beuten (James), Linda Urbani (Jerry), Sandra Shula (Jeff), Kathy Cresegiona (Anthony), and James Rosengarth (Shannon).  She had eleven grandchildren: Katie Kikel (Dave), Jaclyn Beuten, Elizabeth Schmidt (Kurt), Carla Stewart (Reid), Ethan Shula (Katelyn, finance), Nolan Shula (Madie), Aaron Shula, Deborah Rosengarth, Jacob Rosengarth, Michael Rosengarth, and Andrew Cresegiona (Tara).  Lillian is also preceded in death by an infant brother, Oscar; nephew, Keith Langett; and two grandsons who will surely be in the Heavenly welcome party to greet her: Ryan Shula and Daniel Rosengarth.  She also had three great grandchildren: Presley Schmidt, Oakley Schmidt, and Lochlan Stewart.  She is survived by her sister, Barbara Langett as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Lillian was an accomplished homemaker. She was a seamstress and an excellent cook and baker who always kept their home beautifully decorated. She ran a tight ship and took good care of everyone around her.  She was gracious, generous, and hard-working.  She kept everything around her neat and tidy and always knew just how she wanted things to be.  Even into her eighties, Lillian was terrific at using her computer to keep the whole family informed and connected via emails that she enjoyed decorating with seasonal pictures. Despite her own long battle with many physical struggles, she spent her final years diligently caring for her husband Bob after he developed Parkinson’s disease. Lillian loved Jesus. She put her faith, hope, and trust in God and always encouraged her children and grandchildren to look to God’s word for His direction and help along life’s journey. She loved and was devoted to her family, and she loved all things bright and colorful- especially anything purple!  She will be missed greatly. We love you Mom. There will be no public viewing and the family will hold a private service. Arrangements entrusted to the Lindsay-Jobe Funeral Home, Inc., 3343 Route 130, Harrison City, 724-744-2721.
