Anna Furtivo Harris, age 89, of Harrison City, formerly of East Liberty and Penn Hills, peacefully passed in her home with her loving family surrounding her, on Monday, March 1, 2021. She was born on August 5, 1931 in Pittsburgh, to the late Gabriel and Rose (Norcia) Bucci. Anna was a parishioner of St. Barbara Catholic Church, where she was a former member of the Ladies Guild. She loved cooking, baking, and entertaining her family and friends. Anna is survived by two loving daughters, Alexis Baird and Andrea (husband Michael) Novak; four grandchildren, Jennifer (husband Brad) Chew, Jonathan Baird, Alexis (husband Garrett) Dunlap, and Alyssa Novak; three great-granddaughters; four step-children, Dan (wife Linda) Harris, Randy (wife Donna) Harris, Terry (wife Pam) Harris, and Tammy (husband Danny) Beamer, and their families; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Alexander Furtivo; second husband, Edward Harris Jr.; four brothers, James, Vincent, Michael, and Robert Bucci; and a sister, Rita Fusco. Friends will be received from 2-8 PM on Thursday, March 4 at Lindsay-Jobe Funeral Home, Inc., 3343 Route 130, Harrison City, 724-744-2721. Face masks are required and social distancing will be adhered to. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM on Friday, March 5 at St. Barbara Catholic Church, Harrison City, with Fr. Michael Sikon, officiating. Please meet at church. Interment will follow in the Good Shepherd Cemetery, Monroeville.
